Cancel /Change Order

At stuntsports, we understand that sometimes you may need to change or cancel an order. This policy explains how and when order changes or cancellations can be requested.

ORDER CANCELLATION

You may request to cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided that the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible with:

• Your full name

• Order number

• Reason for cancellation

Requests should be sent to our customer support email listed on our website.

If your cancellation request is approved, you will receive a confirmation email and a full refund to your original payment method.

CHANGING YOUR ORDER

Changes to an order (including item style, color, quantity, or shipping address) are only possible within 12 hours of placing the order and before processing begins.

We cannot guarantee that all change requests can be accommodated. If a change is possible, we will confirm any adjustments to pricing or delivery time before proceeding.

Once an order is in processing or shipped, no changes can be made.

ORDERS THAT CANNOT BE CANCELLED OR CHANGED

Orders cannot be cancelled or modified if:

• The order has already been processed or shipped

• The shipping label has been generated

• The item is marked as final sale

In such cases, you may still be eligible for a return according to our Return & Refund Policy.

REFUNDS FOR CANCELLED ORDERS

Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.

OUR RIGHT TO CANCEL ORDERS

stuntsports reserves the right to cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to:

• Suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions

• Pricing or inventory errors

• Incomplete or incorrect shipping information

If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.
