StuntSports respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users, partners, and content contributors to do the same. This Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”) Policy outlines how we address claims of copyright infringement related to content available on our website.

We reserve the right to take appropriate action, including terminating access for repeat infringers, where warranted.

If you believe that material you submitted or posted on the StuntSports website was removed or disabled in error or as a result of misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. A valid counter-notification must include your physical or electronic signature; identification of the material that has been removed or disabled and the location where the material appeared before it was removed; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification; your name, address, telephone number, and email address; and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if outside the United States, for any judicial district in which StuntSports may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original DMCA notice.

StuntSports may restore the removed material if a valid counter-notification is received, unless the original complainant files a court action seeking a restraining order against the alleged infringer within the time period required by law.
